Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied, or have ordered the wrong color we are happy to exchange the hair or offer you in store credit. Returns and exchanges need to be within 14 days of original purchase, unopened and unused. Hair needs to be in original packaging, tools and accessories cannot be returned.
